| 肾蒂旋转法 A, the renal before rotation. The black line is renal pedicle direction as the rotation axis, and the arrow indicates the direction of rotation. Pick the upper mentioned kidney fat up gently around the renal pedicle rotation; B, the tumor was in the upper surgical field which originally located in ventral side after rotation, and can be cut easily; C, the tumor resection and suture after rotation; D, the reset ranal. The rotation direction is very important to avoid rotating in the same direction for a lap, resulting in unnecessary vascular injury. |
