摘要:
目的: 探讨联合造影和超声引导下的下肢静脉曲张射频闭合治疗技术的细节和近期效果。方法: 回顾性分析37例下肢静脉曲张患者于造影和超声联合引导下采用Olympus Celon RFiTT®行射频闭合治疗的临床资料、技术细节及近期治疗效果。结果: 37例患者均在局部麻醉下顺利完成手术,手术成功率100%。术中辐射剂量 1.78~10.12 mGy(平均6.56 mGy),照射时间61~448 s(平均161 s)。术后3个月随访,37例患者的症状均减轻,复查超声大隐静脉射频治疗段闭合率100%,无皮肤灼伤、皮下淤血、深静脉血栓形成等并发症。结论: 应用Olympus Celon RFiTT®射频治疗系统,采用两次定点射频+一次往复运动射频治疗方法的近期效果较好。联合静脉造影和超声引导下的大隐静脉射频治疗不但创伤小、恢复快,还具有定位准确、效果确切、避免并发症等优点。
