摘要: 目的 研究裸小鼠淋巴结的解剖学和组织学特点。方法 使用手术显微镜解剖20只BALB/c裸小鼠和20只BALB/c小鼠,通过免疫组织化学方法比较了两者淋巴结中T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞表达的不同。结果 平均每只裸小鼠中包含23个淋巴结和一组大型淋巴结群。裸小鼠颈部淋巴结分布密度较高,其中颌下淋巴结及颈浅淋巴结在裸小鼠中大多数为2个(构成比分别为95%和90%),而在小鼠中大多数为4个(构成比分别为95%和90%),两者差异有统计学意义。无论小鼠还是裸小鼠的颈深淋巴结均为2个(构成比分别为100%和95%),两者差异无统计学意义。裸小鼠淋巴结中CD3阳性的T淋巴细胞减少。细胞膜和细胞质着色的CD3阳性表达的T细胞在裸小鼠的表达阳性率为15%,在小鼠的表达阳性率为100%,两者表达的差异有统计学意义。细胞膜阳性表达CD20的B细胞在裸小鼠中的阳性率为95%,在小鼠中的阳性率为100%,两者表达的差异无统计学意义。结论 裸小鼠淋巴结分布的解剖图对于初学者有一定的帮助,裸小鼠颈部淋巴结密度较高的解剖学特点和缺乏CD3阳性的T淋巴细胞将有助于更好地理解裸小鼠的淋巴结转移机制。
